York S1-1NK0301 Neutralizer Kit

The York S1-1NK0301 Neutralizer Kit is an accessory specifically developed to counter acidic condensate in condensing gas furnaces to help HVAC systems perform at their and last as long as possible. This neutralizer kit is 14” x 2” and is constructed from PVC and calcium carbonate and is effective in addressing acidic combustion byproducts. Condensing gas furnaces use a burning process to produce acidic condensate, which if not well handled causes extensive damage to the furnace and other structures nearby. This Neutralizer Kit addresses this problem by using calcium carbonate to neutralize the acidic condensate before it is released; the solution is either neutral or slightly alkaline.
