The Johnson Controls TE-6001-11 Duct Temperature Sensor Holder is a cost-effective solution for mounting and connecting temperature sensors to HVAC ducts. This holder does not contain a Handi Box for electrical connections. It is constructed from durable metal or high-durability plastic and acts as a casing for the sensor element so that it is not damaged or exposed to extreme conditions in air ducts. The holder’s structural aluminum support goes into the duct to keep the sensor in place while allowing proper airflow to read temperature correctly. The 2.5"-flange diameter also facilitates connection to the duct wall.
