Trane ZZSENSAL0300AA is an indoor wired sensor that supports selective Trane wireless systems to provide comfort and operational efficiency of the heating and cooling systems. They monitor the temperature within a given room and communicate with a thermostat on the required heating or cooling output to maintain that specific temperature. This helps to ‘eliminate’ temperature swings that might occur with a thermostat placed out of the Living Area: it requires 4 AA batteries to power itself, and is compact with a height of 3.76 inches and width of 4.94 inches. This allows the most accurate temperature point to be placed on an inside wall where there is no draught, exposed to direct sunlight and heater or air conditioning ducts.
