Trane VAL8599 5-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) R-410A 5/16" X 1/2" ODF

The Trane VAL8599 5-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is compatible with R-410A refrigerant only. This is an essential part of HVAC systems and it measures the flow of liquid refrigerant into the evaporator correctly. When the refrigerant gets to the valve it expands and cools and in the process absorbs heat from surrounding air.
