The Johnson Controls A350RS-1 is an electronic temperature reset control that is used for HVAC systems, which stands for Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning systems. It enables the supply water temperature to be regulated according to the outdoor conditions to keep the building at an optimum temperature. This sensor is usually mounted outside of the building. Depending on the outdoor temperature, this changes the setpoint for the supply water temperature to the heating or cooling system. For instance, on cold days, the setpoint will be higher to ensure the deliof enough heat in the building. The ratio of 1.5:3.1 refers to the reset ratio.
