Trane SEN1729 Sensor Assembly 9.75 K Ohms

The Trane SEN1729 sensor assembly is designed only for the Trane HVAC products including furnaces and air handlers. This small part of the system is 11.5” long, and without it, the entire system would not operate correctly. It measures the internal temperature of the unit electronically and thus acts as a temperature control. This transmits a signal to the HVAC control board with electrical resistance of 9.75 K Ohms in relation to the temperature it has sensed. By manipulating heating or cooling, this signal allows the control board to ensure you set your living area at an optimal and constant temperature.
