The York S1-025-41139-000 Thermal Expansion Valve(TXV) is an essential component in refrigeration as well as air conditioning systems. This 3/8” x 3/8” ODF valve, for use in systems with maximum allowable pressure up to 96.0 PSIG, controls the amount of refrigerant that enters the evaporator. On this principle, it work through sensing the temperature of the evaporator and subsequently controlling the refrigerant flow.
