International Comfort Products 100740 Thermal Expansion Valve(Txv) R22 1-1/8" X 5/8"

The International Comfort Products 100740 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is compatible with R22 refrigerant systems only. This valve controls the amount of refrigerant that flows into the evaporator coil so as to maintain the right pressure and temperature to cool the compartment. This is due to its 1-1/8” and 5/8” connectors, hence can work with different HVAC equipment such as home and commercial air conditioners and heat pumps. The TXV also ensures proper flow of the refrigerant in the system hence improving on the cooling capacity and power consumption.
