Carrier P530-4254 R410A Valve Expansion

The Carrier P530-4254 R410A Thermostatic Expansion Valve is an essentialelement of the HVAC system to control the circulation of refrigerant and the preservation of proper working conditions as well. This valve expansion has an inlet and outlet connection size of 3/8" and an external equalization size of 1/4". They allow the gradual reduction of high pressure refrigerant from the condenser to the evaporator to enable proper cycling between cooling and heating. Originally designed for Carrier air conditioning units and heat pumps, it increases the efficiency and durability of the whole system by protecting it from overpressure and providing stable refrigerant circulation.
