Trane MOT17360 1-Phase Motor 1/5 HP 1080 RPM 115V

The Trane MOT17360 is a single-phase, 1/5 horsepower electric motor for continuous airflow applications in indoor HVAC equipment. On a typical 115V home electricity, it runs at a synchronous speed of 1080 RPM. But, due to its permanent split capacitor architecture, it can run at a variety of speeds up to 1200 RPM. This motor has small dimensions of 7.5" long, 4.4" tall, 5.67" wide and can fit into HVAC units with limited space. It is supplied with an open drip-proof shell to keep dust away from internal components and to allow for air circulation for cooling, and it runs smoothly on sleeve bearings. The design torque of this motor is 15.2-ounce feet at 120 volts, enough to run ordinary blowers and fans.
