The Schneider Electric (Square D) LC1D150F7 is a heavy-duty contactor used to switch high-power electrical loads in a variety of applications, including HVAC systems. Because it is a 3-pole, non-reversing contactor, it can regulate three different circuits at once and maintain the direction of the current flow. It is suited for powering large motors, compressors, and heating elements that are frequently found in HVAC equipment because it has a 150-amp capability and a 110-volt AC control coil.
