The Carrier KH43LS102 is a Liquid Line Filter Drier which is an essential part of Carrier HVAC systems. Excess moisture in the refrigerant circuit can cause the coil to freeze, decrease efficiency and even compressor damage. This component addresses this issue with a desiccant material that is used to capture moisture within the filter drier. Also, it has a filter component that traps particles of dirt and other dangerous particles that move within the refrigerant. It is designed for sweat or braze connections with 1/2" inlet and outlet ports and easily connects to the Carrier system’s refrigerant lines.
