The Lennox 10J42 Hard Start Kit is an advantageous accessory meant to help the compressor in your Lennox air conditioning or heating system. This start kit is a temporary device that provides a limited amount of current to the compressor at the time of starting. This kit includes a start capacitor of between 88 to 108 microfarads, a potential relay and a bracket for easy fixing. This kit can be used with 120V or 240V corded electric systems, has 50 or 60 Hz frequency and is designed for single-phase air compressors up to 0.2 HP.
