The Johnson Controls VA-8020-100 Field Mounting Kit enables you to connect a VA-8020 floating valve actuator to a VT Series Variable Volume Terminal unit. This small kit offers a dependable method for regulating air in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. The VA-8020 actuator is a synchronous motor type device that operates on a 24 VAC signal from a compatible controller. It has floating control in which the valve stem can be adjusted within its 5/16-stroke control. The VA-8020-100 kit is especially advantageous for VVT applications because it consumes only 3 VA of power and can operate in a wide temperature range of -40°C to 50°C.
