Trane FIAOPTN002 Fresh Air Option Control Module

The Trane FIAOPTN002 Fresh Air Option Control Module is designed to control the quality of air indoors and regulate the ventilation of compatible Trane HVAC systems, primarily rooftop units and some air handlers. It does this by controlling outside air dampers depending on inputs such as occupancy sensors or time schedules, or CO2 levels to provide adequate fresh air while avoiding wastage of energy. This module is connected to the unit’s control system for the purpose of controlling fresh air intake to the exact degree.
