Carrier EA36UZ165 Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV)

The Carrier EA36UZ165 Thermostatic expansion valve TXV is used for the air conditioning and heat pump systems with 8-ton cooling capacity. TXVs play a special role in HVAC systems as they control the degree of refrigerant pressure and therefore control its flow to the evaporator coil. This valve functions using the temperature of the refrigerant at the time it exits the evaporator, and pressure at the time it enters the evaporator.
