Trane CTR02987 Contactor AC 24 V

The Trane CTR02987 is a Contactor part built specifically for HVAC systems. It work in the same manner as a high-power circuit control electrical switch. In other words, it uses a low voltage signal of 24V in this instance to turn the primary power supply to a part of the air conditioning system, often the compressor.
