Trane CPT2520 Round Capacitor 6 MFD 450V

The Trane CPT2520 is a Round Capacitor that has been used with Trane HVAC systems only. This is a 6.4” diameter capacitor with a capacitance of 6 microfarads which means that it stores electrical energy in the same way a temporary storage unit does. It has been produced to meet RoHS standards of use of environmentally friendly products. It is a compressor capacitor with terminals that can be connected as soon as they are plugged into the device. It charges the system and discharges it to the compressor motor whenever needed to help with starting and operating the compressor.
