Johnson Controls T-4002-3001 Wire Thermostat Guard

The Johnson Controls T-4002-3001 is a metal wire guard that is used to shield concealed tubing and wires in your HVAC system. It is especially helpful for surface-mounted thermostats where the electrical wires and the condensate tubing are located behind the thermostat on the wall. This basic shield either clicks or screws into the wall behind the thermostat, forming a protective ring around the tubing and wires. Constructed from metal, the T-4002-3001 is capable of operating in normal room conditions, that is, within a temperature of 40°F to 120°F.
