The Sporlan Controls 902928 Head Pressure Control Valve with 7/8” ODF connection is used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems to make sure that the head pressure is optimum, to increase efficiency and to protect the compressor from damage. It regulates the amount of the refrigerant to the condenser, to ensure that the head pressure of the system does not rise any higher than an agreed limit.
