The ASCO 8220G11 is a two-way, typically closed solenoid valve used to control the flow of steam and hot water in industrial HVAC systems. It can tolerate hot water pressure of up to 150 psi and steam pressure of up to 50 psi. Its diameter is 1.5 inches. The valve opens to let steam or hot water pass through when it is powered. The flow is stopped when the valve breaks down and returns to its closed location.
