Carrier HC44AA460 Motor 460V 1/3HP 860RPM 2 Speed

The Carrier HC44AA460 is a Permanent Split Capacitor Motor of two-speed, 1/3 HP, used in Carrier HVAC systems for heavy duty. Although slightly larger than some of the PSC motors at 5.5” x 5.6” x 9.2”, it is still compact for the amount of power it delivers. This motor is designed for constant use at a higher voltage of 460V and a frequency of 60 Hz. It also provides a two-speed counter-clockwise rotation at 855 RPM even though it is larger than the previous models. The motor runs at two different speeds, low and high depending on the load it has to carry, this is useful in that it can help reduce noise and increase efficiency.
