Lennox 29M12 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is a control element used in Lennox air conditioners with a cooling capacity of 3 tons. The construction material used in making this valve is strong and it has a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of the system and cooling. The TXV uses a 30-inch long and thin capillary tube to measure the temperature inside the evaporator coil. It accurately controls the amount of refrigerant that enters the coil through a 3/8-Inch diameter inlet based on this temperature. It has a 1/2-Inch ODF connection for easy installation within compatible refrigerant lines, and the outlet is added.
