The Johnson Controls VG1241BG is a 2-way, 3/4 forged brass ball valve which primarily operates the flow of liquids and gases in HVAC application. This toy bears the ultra simple design with a round ball in middle to determine the flow orientation. If the ball is placed parallel to the ports flow is permitted, if it is placed perpendicular flow is denied. The VG1241BG is quite robust due to its forged brass build and is well suited to keeping the HVAC systems running smoothly in the long-term. This helps to provide long lasting performance and can take maximum pressure of up to 580 PSI. These are well suited with liquids and gases used commonly in HVAC systems such as hot and chilled water glycol mixtures (up to 50%).
