Siemens 599-03182 Globe Valve Body is a 2 way control valve for precise regulation of fluid flow in HVAC systems. Constructed of durable brass, this valve has a Cv of 2.5, a spring range of 3–8 PSI for perfect and consistent performance. The valve size is 1/2" and can be used in HVAC systems. This is normally closed valve used to vary the amount of water or steam in the system to modulate the flow of water or steam through the system (N/C). A control signal is used to control the actuator to adjust the valve position to decrease or increase the flow, thereby maintaining optimal system performance.
