The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 049471 Suction Line Filter Drier is a high-efficiency filter for use in commercial refrigeration applications in HVAC Systems. This filter drier is 2-1/8” and is designed to remove moisture, acids, and other particles from refrigerants for better performance and durability of the system. It comes equipped with high-end dehydrator material for drying and a 20-micron filtration pad for collecting more dust particles. Advantages are a decrease in the risk of compressor failure, and an increase in energy efficiency, and applicability to various types of refrigerants CFC, HCFC, HFC.
