Trane VAL9589 6-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve(TXV) 3/8" x 1/2" ODF R410A

The Trane VAL9589 is a premium quality thermal expansion valve TXV suitable for use in mid to large capacity air conditioning and refrigeration applications. This effectively regulates the amount of refrigerant R-410A supplied to the evaporator thereby maximising system perfomance and efficiency. This TXV works on the basis of the temperature and pressure detected in the evaporator and then regulating the flow of the refrigerant. The TXV regulates the correct superheat level to ensure that the liquid refrigerant does not get into the compressor, which is detrimental. This valve can be used with different types of HVAC equipment such as chillers, rooftop units and process cooling equipment.
