Trane VAL10641 Thermal Expansion Valve(TXV) R410A 2.5-3.0Ton

The Trane VAL10641 is thermostatic expansion valve intended for use with Trane HVAC systems employing R-410A refrigerant. A 6.3” long valve controls refrigerant flow in the system and helps to cool it properly for improved efficiency and performance. When the evaporator coil is cooling, the bulb collapses, thus allowing more of the refrigerant to flow in and take heat. This intelligent flow control enhances the operation of the system and avoids coil icing, which results in reduced energy consumption and increased system durability. The size of the Trane VAL10641 is 1/4 x 5/8 x 3/4” and flare connections allowing it to be used in Trane systems with a capacity of 2.5-3 tons which makes it compatible and easy to install.
