The Johnson Controls T-3300-2 Unit Ventilator Thermostat is a twin-role control unit for the unit ventilators being a type of HVAC condition that is common in the classrooms. It maintains a learning environment by controlling both temperature and pressure. The thermostat has two adjustable points, a heating setpoint DA and a cooling setpoint RA. If the room temperature drops below the DA setting which is usually 20°F, the thermostat switches on the unit ventilator’s heating coil. On the other hand, if the temperature rises above the RA setting which is normally 15°F, the cooling system is activated and the T-3300-2 also regulates air pressure inside the unit ventilator, which is essentialfor the proper working of the system and proper air flow.
