Trane EXC1320 Heat Exchanger

Trane EXC1320 is a Heat Exchanger that is used in the Trane HVAC systems; mainly in boilers or furnaces for the better performance. The purpose of EXC1320 Heat Exchanger is to transfer heat from combustion gases to air or water that circulates within the Trane system. In a furnace, hot gases produced by burning fuel are used to heat up the exchanger. Fans then circulate air through this exchanger thereby cooling it and distributing the produced heat across your rooms. In a boiler, a heated exchanger conveys heat to water that is then circulated to radiators or warm floors. In this way, thermal energy transfer guarantees the effectiveness of heaters, regulates comfort levels and conserves energy that would otherwise be used by HVAC systems as they struggle to maintain temperatures during winter.
