The Trane THT0698 is a wall-mounted, dual-pole, Single-throw thermostat that will directly operate your HVAC system. Buttons or knobs on the can of the thermostat allow the setpoint to be changed easily. This works by comparing the specified temperature and what it feels is the temperature level of your room.
