The Trane SWT1720 High Pressure Switch is an essential component which is installed in refrigeration and air conditioning systems to control high pressure. This switch comes with a stainless steel disc and has dimensions of 6” in length, 1.95” height, and is ideal for use in different HVAC applications. Its SPST contact configuration and normally closed design make it to shut down circuit operation as soon as pressure goes beyond 405 PSI to protect the system. The switch is designed to work in pressure range from -0.5 to 45 Bar and is capable to withstand burst pressure up to 300 Bar, it is effective in different conditions. It is an IP65 enclosure protection, it is dust tight and water resistant.
