Trane SWT04240 SPDT Pressure Switch

The Trane SWT04240 SPDT is a Pressure Switch and small (4.10 x 4.42 x 2.05 inch) accessible part for use in many HVAC equipment to sustain the correct pressure. It consists of elements, switch, and a pressure-measuring device. In the system, this switch can sample for pressure in the intake and exhaust of the system and so depending on the selected pressure, the switch is capable of either making or breaking the electrical circuit. This switching feature controls fans, compressors, dampers, and even other related equipment to ensure pressure and airflow rate are well balanced in the HVAC system.
