The York S1-5992114 Pressure Switch is a safety and control instrument that monitors and controls pressure in HVAC systems. It is a pressure sentinel that guards a pressure band of 50-71 PSI, to ensure safe and optimum functioning of the HVAC system. This pressure switch has a sensing element that monitors pressure within the HVAC system at all times. The switch turns on when the pressure reaches the cut-in point of 50 PSI showing the system to start. When pressure increases to the cut-out pressure of 71 PSI, the switch turns off so as not to cause any harm or overload the system.
