Trane BRG1098 Rubber Cushion Bearing 1" Bore

The Trane BRG1098 is a 4.3-inch long bearing that dampens vibration and noise in HVAC systems. In this bearing, there is a tough rubber core that acts as the cushion and isolates vibrations in between connected parts. This inner diameter of 1" exactly fits the shaft with a 1" diameter, so it's a tight fit. The BRG1098 is an integral element of the locking collar. The collar secures to the shaft so the bearing cannot come lose or spin freely. Air handlers, fan motors, and compressor assemblies are widespread applications using Cushioned bearings.
