Trane RTF0058 Bridge Rectifier

The Trane RTF0058 is a bridge rectifier one of the most essentialparts in many Trane HVAC systems. Its function is to convert alternating current and direct current that flows in both ways continuously into DC, which flows continuously in one direction. This conversion is done with four diodes put in such a way that current can flow in just one way, and blocked from the other. The Trane allows DC components to be used in the HVAC system and helps some system components operate more smoothly by supplying DC power.
