The Lennox 59W19 Capillary Tube Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is a control component for Lennox air conditioning systems with 3-ton cooling capacity. Designed for R410A refrigerant, the popular coolant of today’s systems, this valve ensures high performance and efficiency. The TXV measures the temperature inside the evaporator coil through a long and thin capillary tube. Depending on the temperature, it controls the R410A refrigerant. This helps to make sure that the coil receives the right amount of refrigerant to perform its duty of absorbing heat effectively and producing a high output of cooling.
