Trane SWT2965 Pressure Switch -1.25 Open -1.44 Close

Trane SWT2965 is a pressure switch specifically designed for HVAC which brings the air pressure to a specific level. It operates by observing pressure and applying established pressure points to either open or shut an electric circuit. The switch operates when the air pressure is low i.e. when it goes below a certain level (in this case -1.25” WC). On the other hand, the switch opens the circuit when the airflow pressure goes high from another certain value (-1.44” WC). Some of the general HVAC equipment that can be managed with the help of this switching operation includes furnaces, air handlers, and ventilation.
