The Trane MOT17042 is a high-efficiency, 1/3 HP programmed Motor for use in Trane HVAC systems. This is a single-phase motor with a voltage range of 208-230V and 60 Hertz. Located in an ODP enclosure to protect from dripping liquids, this features ball bearings for noiseless and smooth operation. This is not your run-of-the-mill single-speed motor, it comes with five programmable speeds to provide you with flexibility and the ability to control the airflow within your Trane HVAC system to the letter. It also has a Constant Torque technology meaning that it will provide an unchanging airflow rate irrespective of the current speed.
