The Trane MOT16683 is a commercial Motor that is meant to run constantly in Trane heating and cooling systems. This single-phase motor is 1/2 horsepower and comes with NEMA frame size 48 to fit with different Trane equipment. It runs at 60Hz and provides a steady 1050 RPM in the counter clockwise direction. Unlike motors that provide variable speed, this provides a constant torque thus making it suitable for blower applications where a constant airflow is required.
