The Trane MOT12256 is a high-performance ½ horsepower single-phase blower motor used to maintain optimum airflow in Trane heating and cooling systems. This motor is designed to be as sturdy as possible and it is 15” long. This is due to the NEMA size 48 frame with open-air over enclosure to match up with particular Trane equipment. The five-speed range of 1050 RPM to 600 RPM in a counterclockwise direction enables you to fine-tune the airflow according to your needs. Electronic overload protection keeps the motor from electrical problems and eliminates the risk of overheating.
