The Lennox 28U91 Compressor 51K BTU 230V/1PH is used to circulate refrigerant in the cooling cycle of the HVAC system. It pressurises the low-pressure R-410A vapour into a high-pressure, high-temperature one and allows heat to be rejected at the outdoor condenser coil and allows refrigerant flow to be maintained throughout the system. It is installed in the outside condensing unit and is connected with the electrical and refrigerant lines of the system, and helps as the mechanical part of the refrigeration loop.
