Danfoss 060-310666 Pressure Control Switch 6-18 BAR KPS-37

The Danfoss 060-310666 KPS37 is a pressure control switch that monitors and regulates pressures in systems. The basic working principle is such that when the pressure within a system approaches a predetermined level, the switch activates or deactivates a circuit of electricity. The switch will sense pressure changes, as it contains a bellow pressure sensing element. This happens when the system pressure reaches the upper limit of the setting of the switch that falls between 6 to 18 bar. In the case where pressure is low than that has been set and the switch resets back to its initial position, the bellows contracts. The range of pressure allows for an on/off function, hence it can be used to regulate various systems or components.
