The Trane KIT7614 is a liquid line filter kit that is intended for use in Trane chiller systems with R134a refrigerant. This wear and tear-part protects the chiller’s compressor from damage by filtering out contaminants in the refrigerant stream. Dirt and debris present in the air can cause significant damage to the compressor decreasing the efficiency and useful durability of the machinery. This is an original Trane part for use in different Trane chiller models such as RTAC, RTAD, RTAF, RTWB and RTWD series.
