The Trane VAL8852 Negative Pressure Gas Valve is an essential safety mechanism in your Trane gas heating system This valve is different from the on/off valves because it has a delayed opening design that will facilitate safe and efficient ignition of the gas flow within the furnace. This 2-way valve has an NPT (National Pipe Thread) connection for easy and tight connection to your gas line.
