The Littelfuse FLQ002 Time Delay Fuse 2A 500V is an electrical protection component used to secure circuits against sustained overloads and short circuits and allow momentary inrush currents in HVAC systems. With a time-delay design, temporary initial surges due to motors or compressors do not open the circuit but its response to sustained overcurrent is to interrupt the circuit. This fuse is mounted in control panels, disconnects or equipment junctions of air handlers, chillers, pumps and other HVAC systems to assist in minimizing wiring and equipment damage in both normal and faulty operation.
