The Johnson Controls P545NCB-22 Electronic Lube Oil Pressure Switch This electrical switch monitors the oil pressure in a compressor’s lubricating system. It has a user defined pressure setting of 12.75 PSI and pressure range of 0-20 PSI. If the oil pressure does not reach the set point after a specific time, the P545NCB-22 turns on/off. This signal can be used to give an alarm or, more essential, stop the compressor from working when there is inadequate lubrication. The switch utilizes a normal 24 VAC supply voltage and can work under conditions with temperature ranging from 0°C to 65°C.
