The Carrier EA03XC265 is a thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) applied in air conditioning and heating systems. A TXV is a kind of refrigerant control element that controls the refrigerant flow in an air conditioning or refrigeration system. It has a central role of regulating the flow of refrigerant that circulates within the evaporator coil hence the known job of maintaining the desired temperature within a space. TXVs help in the right distribution of heat in the evaporator coil. This means improved system performance and total cooling ability of the system in question.
