Trane CPT2523 Capacitor 15 MFD 450V

The Trane CPT2523 is a Capacitor that has been manufactured to be used with Trane HVAC systems only. They are needed as fundamental to rotating the compressor motor as well as in starting and operating the device. This round can-shaped capacitor is small in size with a length of 6.3 inches, a width of 4.7 inches, and a height of only 3.4 inches which allows it to be fitted within the system easily. It has a capacitance of 15 microfarads and a voltage rating of 450V/AC which supplies the required electrical energy to start and sustain the compressor.
