Johnson Controls T-4000-612 Conversion Kit

The Johnson Controls T-4000-612 Conversion Kit is no longer in production and is a tool that can refreshing your current HVAC system. It offers an easy upgrade solution for old single or dual-temperature thermostats or humidistats with flush-mounted pipe heads. It involves replacing the backplate of your older instrument with a new one constructed from strong sheet metal. This new backplate is intended for the mounting style of the newer Johnson Controls T-4000 Series thermostats or H-4100 Series humidistats. The kit also contains brass pipe head adaptors to allow for connection to existing pipe work connections.
